This study deals with work related coaching, which is seen through the eyes of the coachee (N= 80). As a brought indication of satisfaction with the coaching, the coachees gave a mark (rating from 1 to 10) to give their opinion on the whole process of coaching. The coachees rated the coaching with an average mark of 8,09. The results of multiple regression analysis showed that satisfaction with the coaching were determined to a large extent by growth in positive mood and work performance and also by the bond between the coach and the coachee. The leadership dimensions consideration and consultation were proven as an indicator for growth in positive mood and work performance. To create a good bond between the coach and the coachee it seemed important for the coach to use the leadership dimension consideration. The expertise of the coach, which can be shown through consideration and consulation, was proven to have an important role in growth in positive mood and work performance, especially when goals needed to be clarified during the process of coaching.
