We looked at the multiple-facets of identity, being formed in Christian student communities in Malaysia. In so doing the Christian identity of university students was related to the broader national identity of multicultural and multi-religious Malaysia. Through this research we hoped to reflect on how identity should be approached in complex and diverse societies. We also looked at how various identities shape and relate to each other.
