dc.description.abstract | A qualitative thesis with an international approach towards finding best practices and improving the process around cold cases. I gather data internationally from cold case squads in five different countries. I present findings on the importance of cooperation, alternative perceptions and the importance of the use of modern technology. I recommend expanded cooperation and the implementation of a smart database. | |
