dc.description.abstract | The focus of this research comparatively analyses strategies of inclusivity within a cross-cultural context of three Western development non-governmental organisations (NGOs) geographically located in the ‘global North’, specifically the United Kingdom. The research looks at the challenges of discursive and practical inclusive NGO approaches and the ways that doing intersectionality and reflexivity can help to overcome these challenges by rethinking difference. | |
