dc.description.abstract | This study examines the mediating effects of training on turnover intentions through job satisfaction, organisational commitment and movement capital. A review of empirical research supports that training can decrease turnover intentions via jobsatisfaction and organisational commitment and that training can increase turnover intentions via movement capital. In this study GSS data from 2006 is used to examine these relations. The results do not support the mediating effects of training on turnover intentions via job satisfaction, organisational commitment and movement capital. | |
