dc.description.abstract | Through a community-based lifestyle modification project, called the Blue Zones Project, the people in Cedar Falls try to attain a lifestyle of sustainable aging. This research focuses on how this modification process takes place by analyzing both the organizations and individuals in the community in Cedar Falls, Iowa.
