dc.description.abstractThrough a community-based lifestyle modification project, called the Blue Zones Project, the people in Cedar Falls try to attain a lifestyle of sustainable aging. This research focuses on how this modification process takes place by analyzing both the organizations and individuals in the community in Cedar Falls, Iowa. The research was conducted by two students over a period of ten weeks.
