dc.description.abstractThis describes our process of participating at the video search showcase of 2015 and our good results, together with related research to get more insight into some of our decisions. It describes the use of the storyboard layout, the different design decisions due to the contest changes, and the applications created in the process, followed by an analysis of the competition results. The contest is followed with a research to get more insight in the influences of some of the design decisions and the scalability of the system.
