In this work we develop an augmented reality game which uses the player's surroundings as part of the levels. The game is inspired by the 90's video game Lemmings. To use the player's surroundings as a level in the game, an accurate 3D model is needed from which the levels will be designed. The steps taken during the development of the game were assembled into a pipeline which will automate the room reconstruction. The pipeline steps consisted of scanning and mapping the room using a Microsoft Kinect, reconstructing the resulting scan as a 3D model and use the model as a stage for our augmented reality game. Finally, a user testing was conducted in order to evaluate the game through the participants' responses.
