dc.description.abstractThis paper seeks to account for the different choices Lewis Carroll and Tim Burton made (in novels and film respectively) in respect to shaping and depicting the character of Alice and Alice's Identity. This paper will discuss the following themes and topics: given identity, mistaken identity, loss of identity, identity crisis, identity development and finally embracing identity.
