dc.description.abstractSince 2000 all the public broadcasted children’s programs are organised under one channel, called Z@PP. Before, all public broadcast organisations worked independently. This paper will investigate how this organisational change, with Z@PP pulling the strings, affects the identity of VILLA ACHTERWERK and whether these changes work their way upon the programs VILLA ACHTERWERK develops.
