dc.description.abstractThis thesis describes the development of both a methodology for modeling, simulating, and analyzing teams and a team model that can be used for simulating teams that performing in stressful situations. To validate these ideas we have applied them on a case study: simulating the command center of a naval ship, the ocean-going patrol vessel.
