This thesis investigates the process of identity-formation amongst Tibetan youngsters, living in Nepal. It sheds light on the forces at work in this process and how the Tibetan youngsters handle this process. Furthermore, it places the case of Tibetans in Nepal in the broader scientific debate about identity-formation within diasporic communities.
