dc.description.abstractIn my Bachelor thesis I explored Virginia Woolf's "To the Lighthouse" by focussing on its aesthetics and Woolf's feminism, the cultural and historical time in which the story takes place, and on its relationship to different psychoanalytical theories, mainly that of Sigmund Freud and Melanie Klein.
