dc.description.abstract | Pickering Emulsions prepared with ultrasound were studied on a unique phenomenon, called droplet bridging. These emulsions were compared to pickering emulsions prepared with vortex mixing. In pickering emulsions experiencing droplet bridging, droplets are bridged together by a monolayer of colloids. Both qualitative and quantitative analysis were done and several conclusions were drawn. | |
