dc.description.abstract | In dit artikel wordt het cyberskeptische betoog van Malcolm Gladwell en Evgeny Morozov geanalyseerd. Deze skepsis wordt in het kader van de gebeurtenissen van de Arabische Lente gebracht. Daarbij wordt gekeken naar de rol van sociale media. Dit artikel betoogd dat de cyberskeptische benadering juist bijdraagt aan een incomplete en gebrekkige uitleg van de werking van sociale media. Daardoor ontstaat het sociale media mythe. | |
